Manufactured in 1927. Beaded blade front and filler block in the rear sight dovetail, sixth style barrel inscription, Winchester scope blocks and rings installed on the barrel with a Winchester B4 scope, Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, Third Model receiver with exposed locking lugs, standard markings on the upper tang, and matching numbers on the receiver and lower tang. The loading port has been widened to simulate the gallery style port. 12 groove slide handle and smooth straight grip stock with blue steel crescent buttplate.
Very fine with 75% original blue overall, well defined markings, some areas thinning to a mild brown patina, scattered surface scratches, and handling marks overall. The wood is fine with numerous scattered small dings visible on the buttstock, and some light edge wear on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with some small scratches on the tube and clear optics.
