Description:

This painting is done in the classic impressionist style and shows a beach with three ships sailing towards it. On the beach is what appears to be a family. Perhaps one of the boats carries more of their family members. There are fluffy clouds in the sky and calm waters suggesting the possibility of a happy outcome for the scene. The bottom right of the painting is signed with an illegible signature (possibly Weislinbrack 188?). The painting is housed in a walnut frame with gold painted interior trim and black painted exterior trim. The painting measures 25 inches by 17 inches. The frame overall measures 24 1/2 inches by 32 1/2 inches.

Rating Definition:

Very good with minimal fading of the painting, some water spots, and a few light handling marks on the frame.
