Offered here is an excellent Dixon manufactured powder flask for a Colt London Navy revolver. These bag shape flasks were provided by Colt's London factory. The top is marked "COLTS NAVY FLASK" along with the three-line Dixon address. The three position charger is marked "4/8," "5/8", and "6/8." The top and collar are gilt, the spring is nitre blue, and the body has a red-brown lacquer finish. A lanyard ring is mounted on the base.

Excellent, retaining 97% plus original lacquer, gilt and nitre blue finishes with a couple very tiny dings on the body. A stellar Colt London Navy powder flask by J. Dixon & Sons.
