Blued Excelsior steel barrels with dual bead sights on the matted vent rib, standard Beretta markings and Italian proofs, and chambers marked 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The coin finished sideplated action displays floral scroll engraving surrounding mallards in a marsh scene on the left, grouse in flight on the right, and a single woodcock on the underside. The trigger plate is signed "Bottega C. Giovanelli" for the engraving firm. The gun features a single gold trigger and a tang mounted safety/selector switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with blank gold inscription oval and Beretta recoil pad. Includes three extra 28 inch barrel sets, one of each in .410 bore, 28 gauge, and 20 gauge and the original shipping carton and a leather bound takedown case that house the whole set. Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The box and case are very good with some wear and the extra barrel sets are all excellent. Mechanically excellent.
