Fitted with tall blade and frame notch sights and a pair of the hard rubber grips with "COLT" over the Rampant Colt at the tops. Includes an unopened 50-count box of Remington-U.M.C. .38 Long Colt cartridges. Provenance: The Doug Ellison Collection
Excellent, retains 95% plus of the original blue finish and 98% plus of the original nitre blue with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey patina, primarily on the back strap and toe of the grip frame, and a light cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with minimal handling evidence and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box of cartridges is very fine showing some mild wear and unbroken factory seal.
