This rifle was manufactured between 1949 and 1956 as part of the Venezuelan contract and has the Venezuelan crest marked on the top of the receiver. It has matching serial numbers, one-line FN address on the right side of the receiver, slotted, detachable muzzle brake, bayonet lug, battle sights, a handguard, and a pistol grip stock with "FUERZAS ARMADAS/VENEZUELA" stamp on the right, sling swivels, and a ribbed buttplate.
