Very fine, retains 85% plus of the original blue finish, 60% of the muted case colors, and 50% of the original nitre blue on the loading gate with the balance a mostly a smooth grey patina and some mild plum colored pitting visible primarily near the muzzle. The wood is also very fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches and a drilled hole in the bottom of the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
