The left barrel flat is marked "MERWIN & BRAY NEW-YORK." Matching serial numbers are on the butt, both grip panels, barrel, and cylinder. Rating Definition:

Very fine. The barrel and cylinder retain 80% original blue finish. The frame retains 97% original silver plating. The grips are also very fine with a few minor handling marks and most of the original varnish remaining. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with minor handling/storage marks and some typical high spot wear on the lining. The cartridge box has a fine label with the sides torn.
