Description:

One of approximately 3,000 manufactured circa 1860. Standard Bliss & Goodyear barrel address and matching serial numbers on the bottom of the barrel, right of the grip frame, and inside both grips in pencil. Includes an unnumbered Bliss & Goodyear factory box, Hicks cap tin, unmarked powder flask, and dual cavity bullet mold. Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection

Rating Definition:

Fine, retains 50% of the original blue finish with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey patina with some scattered patches of light pitting. The grips are also fine with some scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine with some mild wear and a couple separated corners.
