The rifle is fitted with a combination Beach front sight, an elevation adjustable rear sight, and Marlin mid-range folding Vernier tang sight. Includes a hickory cleaning rod under the barrel. The left side of the forearm is inscribed with the initials "W.g.L." Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection
Fine. The barrel retains 65% original blue finish with a smooth brown patina on the balance. The action retains strong patterns of faded original case colors, otherwise a smooth silver gray. The wood is also fine with a few stress cracks on the forearm, splice repair on the comb, and minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
