Manufactured in 1949. Ramped hooded beaded blade front and two leaf flip up rear notch sights, standard barrel markings, and Winchester "WP" proofs at the breech. The clover leaf tang receiver is factory drilled and tapped with filler screws in place, standard markings, polished bolt with late safety, polished follower, and "SUPER GRADE" marked floorplate. Multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with black forend tip, hard rubber Winchester grip cap, raised cheek piece, and red rubber Winchester recoil pad.

Excellent, retaining 95% original blue finish with scuffing visible on the left side of the barrel, light handling evidence. The wood is very fine with a few dings and scratches, some varnish wear, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
