Description:

Originally manufactured and marked as a U.S. M1 semi-automatic carbine, it was upgraded at an unknown date into a select fire capable M2 Machine Carbine. "RIA" blade front and "PI" adjustable rear sights, with a "12-43" dated Inland barrel, "AI" type III bayonet lug, "J.A.O." selector switch, "EI" M2 magazine catch, cloth sling, and an unmarked M2 "perch belly" stock. A proper set of M2 components have been installed, with a milled Inland trigger group.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with 70% of the arsenal refurbished parkerized finish, showing areas of gray and brown patina, scattered spotting and mild handling marks. The stock shows a number of light dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
