Manufactured 1948- 1962 and subsequently professionally engraved and hard chromed. This pistol features near full coverage oak leaf and acorn engraving as well as standard Dutch contract markings. Per the included note, this pistol was given as a gift to an American Army officer by his officers as a retirement present in the late 1980s. The American officer carried this pistol on his last military parachute jump at Ft. Bragg, NC. Includes a SIG blue box and three magazines engraved to match total.

Excellent as professionally engraved, retaining 99% plus refinished chrome finish with scattered light handling marks, crisp engraving, and a safety drag line. Grips are very good with some softened texture to the panels. Mechanically excellent. Box is good with storage and handling marks and tape repaired corners.
