Description:

Manufactured in 1972. Single steel bead sight on the matte, vent rib barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors and improved cylinder/modified chokes. Coin gray finished receiver with full coverage scroll engraving surrounding scenes of pigeons in flight and relief carved oak leaf and acorn designs at the top of the action. Gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Nicely figured, checkered forearm with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with replacement Pachmayr recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements: bores 9 inches from the breech .727/.727 inches; choked .014/.026; minimum wall thickness .033/.035; drop at the comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at the heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 11/16 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 3 oz.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Receiver features the original coin finish with spotting and crisp engraving. Stock and forearm are very good with scattered dings and scratches, three dents on the bottom of the stock, and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically
