This mid to late 19th century rifle has an imported "Henry Parker/Warranted" marked back action lock with finely engraved scrollwork and hunting scene patterns. The rifle has no other visible markings, but was likely manufactured in the Northeast or Upper Midwest based on its overall style. Features adjustable double set triggers, German silver fittings, and smooth walnut half stock with small cap box. Includes a 33 3/8 inch long scope with rings (not attached to the rifle, base of the rings are not properly sized to fit in the dovetail grooves and missing rear turret).

Very good with mottled gray/brown patina, scattered light surface pitting, refinished blue finish on the repaired, re-engraved hammer, re-brazed ramrod ferrules, and attractive bright patina on the German silver fittings. Refinished replacement ramrod. Stock is also very good as re-varnished with some light scratches and dents, a re-glued cracked section on the left edge of the barrel channel, a crack on the right of the forend, and a chip in the left edge of the barrel channel, The hammer will not properly remain in the cocked position. Optics are hazy with some dirt inside the lenses, and otherwise distinct crosshairs.
