U.S.A." on the right and left barrels respectively, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The casehardened boxlock action shows exceptional floral scroll engraving and braided line designs surrounding a trio of mallards in a marsh scene on the left side, a trio of quail on the right side, and yet another trio of mallards on the underside. The scroll engraving extends to the trigger guard and to the barrel release lever. The action features double triggers and a tang mounted safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered walnut splinter forend with engraved fittings including the Anson button release and round knob pistol grip stock with blank inscription oval and engraved heel and toe plates.
