Blued Krupp Flussstahl barrels with beaded blade front and flip up rear sights on the matted solid rib, "DREILAEUFER-SYSTEM J. P. SAUER & SOHN, SUHL." marked on either barrel, and bands of engraving at either breech. The shotgun barrels have chambers measured at 3 inches and choke constrictions of .008/.023 inches and the rifle barrel is chambered in 11.15x60R LK per the consignor. The casehardened sidelock action displays fine scroll engraving surrounding floral bouquets with the engraving extending to the trigger guard, tangs, and toplever. The gun features double triggers, manual cocking lever, bushed firing pins, cocking indicators, tang mounted safety, and tang mounted flip up peep sight. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fitting, including the Deeley latch release and pistol grip stock with engraved steel grip cap and cartridge trap, cheek piece, carving at the butt, and serrated buttplate. Includes a leather bound takedown case and two empty pieces of .444 Marlin brass and one empty piece of 9.3x72R brass. Length of pull 14 1/4 inches. Weight 6 lbs. 10 oz.

Very good, retaining 90% original blue on the barrel with some areas of thinning, attractive silver patina on the action and locks with some faded case colors in the protected areas, and light handling evidence. There is a hairline crack at the toe, otherwise the wood is very fine with sharp checkering and minor marks. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
