Dated 1931. Blued steel barrels with beaded blade front sight, two flip up rear sights, and quick detachable scope mounts with a mounted Zeiss scope on the matted solid rib as well as "SEMPERT & KRIEGHOFF, SUHL" on both shotgun barrels. The shotgun barrels have chambers measured at 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors and bands of engraving around either breech. The grey finished sideclipped, sidelock action displays floral scrollwork on a matted background surrounding game scenes on either lockplate. The left lockplate shows a roebuck and doe in a forest scene and the right has a fox and a pair of geese in a marsh scene. The gun features a side mounted safety switch, cocking indicators, and a manual cocking lever for the rifle barrel. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings, Deeley latch release, and horn tip insert along with the straight grip stock which has diamond inserts at the flats, raised cheek piece, engraved cartridge trap, and serrated horn buttplate. Includes a grey leatherbound takedown case containing cleaning tools. straps, oiler, four full boxes (10 rounds each) of birdshot, full box of slugs (5 rounds), four loose shells, and a full box (20 rounds) of 8x57 JR.
