Blued Special Steel barrels with dual bead sights on the matted vent rib, floral engraving at the upper breech, chokes marked "**-"/"**" (improved cylinder/modified), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The coin grey boxlock action displays full coverage scroll engraving surrounding scenes of pigeons in flight on both sides and relief carved oak leaf and acorn designs at the top of the action. Signed "F.FUNKEN" on both sides of the action at the low rear for Master Engraver Felix Funken. The gun features a gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch with gold inlaid "O", "U", and "S". Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with brown rubber Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Stock measurements: drop at the comb 1 7/16 inches; drop at the heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 8 oz.
