A) Stemple Model 76/45 SMG, Class III/NFA Transferable Machine Gun, with Accessories

Manufactured by John Stemple of Ohio in emulation of the M45 "Swedish K" SMG. Post and peep sights, with the Stemple address and model markings on the right side of the magazine well, and repeated on the right rear of the receiver tube. A pair of smooth grip panels are installed, with a rubber covered side-folding buttstock. With an extra barrel and some other extra components.

ConditionVery fine, with 85% plus matte gray finish, showing light wear and handling marks overall. The grips show some light dings and dents, and a few scuffs are present on the stock. The one include magazine is a modified STEN mag, and is ill fitting. The charging handle is absent, otherwise the item is mechanically in good order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.

B) James Burgess Model 76/45 Silencer, Class III/NFA Silencer

About 13 1/2 inches in overall length, attaches to the receiver in lieu of the standard barrel and heat shield assembly, with an integral barrel of about 8 inches.

ConditionExcellent, with 90% of the matte black finish, showing some light handling marks overall.
