Fixed sights, with a "1939" dated chamber, Mauser "Banner" on the front toggle link, and the scarce early "Eagle/K" police proof on the right side of the receiver, with the "crown/crown/U" commercial proofmark stamped on the left side of the receiver and the breechblock. The sear safety spring is present over the side plate, and no cuts have been made for a magazine well safety. Aside from the mixed magazine the serial numbers are matching overall, including the checkered grips.
