Originally manufactured in 1997 as a semi-automatic carbine, this Heckler & Koch has been reworked into an "MP5" marked host gun for the included Qualified Manufacturing sear unit (see B). One of the most famous submachine guns in the world, the MP5 has been a go-to military and police weapon for decades, giving users full automatic firepower and closed bolt accuracy. Post front and 4-position drum rear sight, with a triple set of accessory lugs on the muzzle, textured forearm and pistol grip, and a telescoping buttstock. The receiver is in the traditional "shelf" pattern for semi-auto HKs, with the "MP5" nomenclature added to the top and the sear number on the right side of the magazine well. Included with the grouping is a loading tool, HK94 manual, fixed buttstock, nine extra magazines and an eight-cell magazine pouch.
Very fine as converted/upgraded to full auto, with 95% plus matte black finish, showing some mild handling marks. The furniture is also excellent. Mechanically excellent.
Manufactured in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the Quality Manufacturing sear pack is in "shelf" configuration, with the serial number on the pack itself, "0"/"1"/"A" configuration, and triple caliber registration for 9mm, 223 and 308.
Excellent. Appears to be in good order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
