Manufactured in 1906. Beaded blade front and round-top notch sights, with the desirable "finger nail file" sharp checkering at the front of the slide, two-line, two-block address and patent dates on the left side ahead of the circled Rampant Colt and the caliber markings on the right. Fitted with a casehardened round hammer, royal blue slide catch, niter blue trigger, and checkered grips. The frame is configured with the military pattern extended grip frame, lanyard swivel, and unmarked full blue magazine.
Fine, with 50% of the original high polish blue finish, showing areas of brown and gray patina, mild spotting, bright edge wear dings on rear sight, and light handling marks. Front sight has been period modified with a brass bead installed. The grips are also fine with a few dings and sharp detail. Mechanically fine.
