Manufactured in 1913 and subsequently custom engraved with 50% plus coverage American style floral scroll engraving that appears to be unsigned. The custom non-factory extra length barrel address is absent although the two-line patent dates and Rampant Colt remain on the left of the frame, as well as the matching serial numbers on the frame, trigger guard, and back strap. The loading gate is numbered "629". It has been fitted with a taller than standard, beaded blade front target sight and pair of period smooth grips but otherwise has standard features.
