One of the signature weapons of the 20th century, the Ingram M10 (also known as the MAC-10) was sought out by military and paramilitary operators as a potent and concealable close-quarters weapon, in addition to a multitude of appearances in film and television. This particular M10 is addressed to Powder Springs, Georgia. Fixed sights, threaded barrel for a suppressor (see B), safety switch on the lower right of the receiver, selector lever on the left, and three-line address markings below the ejector port. With a black plastic grip extension, telescoping two-position wire buttstock and a black nylon web foregrip. With a pair of shipping boxes for the gun and silencer, along with a manual.
Excellent, with 98% plus original matte phosphate finish, showing mild wear and handling marks overall. The boxes are good, with stains and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
The companion piece to the M10 SMG, the M10 silencer uses a combination of expansion chambers and plastic wipes to mitigate sound; the wipes (2) are integrated into a threaded, removable end cap. Overall length is 11 1/2 inches, with sections of closed-cell foam insulation applied over the body to give some protection to the operator's hand in operation.
Excellent, with strong finish on the silencer body and mild scuffing and flattening of the insulation. The wipes appear to be fresh, with no evidence of use. NOTE: This Silencer is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
