Manufactured in 1948. Hood ramp front and two leaf flip up rear sights. The barrel features standard markings as well as "Kilbourn" under the caliber marking possibly indicating a rechambering to .22 K Hornet. The straight tang receiver is fitted with a late safety and set trigger as well as having a Unertl 10x scope mounted on top. Mounted in checkered walnut stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as rechambered (see above), retaining 95% plus original blue finish with a couple light handling marks and muzzle wear. Stock is fine with light dings and scratches, a hairline crack at the heel and toe, and slightly softened checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very fine with slightly hazy optics and a crisp reticle.
