This classic Winchester Model 94 carbine was manufactured in 1921 and chambered for the .38-55 W.C.F. which is much rarer than the .30-30 W.C.F. It has a pinned blade front sight on a block behind the upper barrel band, notch and folding ladder rear sight, the two-line address and patent marking on the left followed by "NICKEL STEEL" and "38-55," "WP" proofs on the barrel and frame at the breech, saddle ring on the left, three-line model and trademark information on the upper tang, serial number on the bottom of the frame, an underlined "1" just ahead of the trigger, and smooth carbine stock and forearm.

Fine with 60% plus original blue finish, some fading to smooth gray and brown patina, light spotting, and mild overall wear. The wood is very good and has mild texture overall, a tiny crack and chip by the upper corner on the left side of the wrist, and light dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
