Manufactured in 1967. Blued steel barrel with ramped hooded beaded blade front sight, adjustable folding rear sight, and 2 inch wedges of floral scroll engraving on either side of the breech. The coin finished action displays beautiful floral scroll engraving as well as a two game scenes on the receiver ring. The left side shows a bull elephant in a jungle setting and the right a rhinoceros in a savanna scene. The bottom metal shows the same floral scroll engraving with a charging cape buffalo bull engraved on the magazine floorplate and a male lion on the triggerguard. The gun is signed "J.BAERTEN" on the right side of the receiver ring, "R.DEWIL" on the floorplate, and "AM" on the triggerguard for Browning Master Engravers Jose Baerten, Rene Dewil, and Alfonse Merchal. The gun is mounted in a beautifully figured, fancy oak leaf carved border checkered walnut stock with rosewood forend tip, blued steel grip cap, shadowline cheekpiece, and solid red rubber recoil pad.

Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with limited handling evidence. Stock is fine with two long stress lines at the receiver tang, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering and carving on the stock. Mechanically excellent.
