Blued Special Gewehr Laufstahl barrels with single brass bead sight on the matted concave solid rib, dual bands of engraving at either breech, 1990 dated German proofs, chokes marked "VZ"/"1/2", and 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The casehardened scalloped boxlock action displays light leaf and scroll engraving and features double triggers and a tang mounted automatic safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with black checkered buttplate. Includes a canvas bound takedown case and a pair of nickel snap caps. Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and casehardened finishes, limited minor handling evidence with a small ding on the underside of the action, and sharp checkering on the wood. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
