The work is signed on the right side below the dogs "RPR" for Master Engraver Robert Phoenix Runge. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered forend and pistol grip stock with blank gold initial oval white-line grip cap with engraved white diamond, and white-line Remington buttplate. Includes a second matching numbered 28 inch barrel with matching engraving and full choke as well as a Browning takedown case that houses the entire set. Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish with some minor handling evidence mostly in the wood, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The extra barrel and case are excellent. Mechanically excellent.
