The included factory letter lists this revolver by special serial number with a 5 1/2 inch barrel chambered in .45 Colt, blue and case color finish with fire blue cylinder pin, ejector rod head, and screws, carved grip with material confirmed executed by Steve Kamyk, and class "B" engraving executed by Colt Master Engravers Steve Kamyk and George Spring when shipped to The City of Deadwood Second Annual Firearms and Old West Auction and Show on June 21, 2009. The letter goes on to remark that the revolver was specially produced as a donation to benefit the Days of 76 Historic Museum.
