Fixed blade front and fine adjustable tangent rear sights, with "1920/1917" on top of the chamber and Imperial proofs on the appropriate parts. Matching numbers are present on the barrel, rear sight, takedown latch, side plate, trigger, safety bar, safety lever, toggle assembly, extractor and firing pin, and the checkered grips are unnumbered. Included with the pistol is an artillery-pattern holster rig, with a matching serial number stamped on the holster flap and the back of the stock board, a faint "1917" maker's mark inside the flap, "1920" on the stock, "3703" on the stock iron, leather strap, wood-handled cleaning rod and an unmarked loading/takedown tool.
Very fine, with 80% plus original blue finish, showing areas of brown and gray patina, bright edge wear and mild handling marks. 60% of the straw color is present, along with 50% of the niter blue concentrated on the sear spring. The grips are very good, with some minor staining and dings on the otherwise sharp checkering. The leather is very good overall, with cracking and tearing of the straps and mild cuts and scuffs on the main body and flap of the holster, and the stock shows mild dings and dents. Mechanically excellent.
