Description:

Manufactured between 1957 and 1962. The revolver displays nearly full coverage floral scroll engraving on a matted background with open flowers at the front of the frame on either side. The consignor states the work was done by John Warren. The serrated trigger and hammer have been gold washed. Fitted with a pair of S&W monogram medallion pearl grips.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus professionally refinished blue and 95% gold finishes with limited handling marks, a faint cylinder drag line, and attractive plum hue to the barrel and cylinder. The right grip panel has an age line at the medallion and a chip along the inside edge, otherwise grips are fine with fiery colors. Mechanically excellent.
