The included factory letter lists this revolver has having a 4 3/4 inch barrel chambered in .44/40 with blue finish, gold inlaid bands at the front and rear of the barrel and cylinder as well as a gold inlaid border on the frame with the inscription "One of the last post war Colt Single Action Revolvers/made for Don Wilkerson" on the backstrap and "December 30th, 1983" on the butt when shipped to The Single Action Shop in Apple Valley, Minnesota, on December 22, 1983. The factory letter also confirms the grip material and George Spring as the engraver. Includes a Don Wilkerson collection box with the gun's information on it as well as a display case with lid plaque inscribed "ONE OF THE LAST POST WAR COLT/SINGLE ACTION REVOLVERS MADE FOR/DON WILKERSON-DECEMBER 30, 1983".
