Henry Nock was famous as the manufacturer of the volley guns designed by James Wilson. Several of the few surviving multi-barrel "duck foot" pistols are also marked "H. NOCK" and "LONDON". It has four barrels numbered "0-3" at the breech with floral borders and false rifling at the muzzles and immitation proof marks at the breech on the bottom. The brass action has flags and a sliding safety. The grip has a silver escutcheon inscribed "F."
Very good with traces of period refinished blue finish and otherwise dark gray patina and some mild pitting on the barrels, aged patina on the brass and silver, and mild overall wear. The grip is also fine and has some dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.
