Fixed sights, with "1913" on the chamber and the DWM monogram on the front toggle. Three "crown/letter" proofs are present on the right side of the extension, with Imperial eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock, and traditional "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" markings on the lower safety position and extractor. The magazine is mixed, otherwise numbers are matching overall, including on the grips. Provenance: The Paul Crockett Jr. Collection
Very fine, with 95% of the original blue finish, showing bright wear along the high edges, a small amount of spotting on the barrel crown, a tiny ding on the leading edge of the sideplate, and minor spotting and handling marks overall. Most of the refinished straw color is present on the safety bar and small parts, with vivid niter blue on the sear spring. The grips are also very fine, with a few tiny dings on the crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
