Manufactured in 1936. Steel mid and red front bead sights on the matted solid rib, standard Winchester markings and "WP" proof to the left of the rib, 2 7/8 inch chamber, and choke marked "SKEET". The blued receiver shows the standard Winchester "WP" proof and matching serial numbers with the receiver extension. Straight grain, multi-point checkered forend and straight grip stock with Winchester buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/2 inch drop at heel; 14 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 3 oz.

Very fine, retaining 85% plus original blue finish with minor handling evidence, a few areas of finish wear, moderate slide retraction wear, and sharp checkering on the reoiled wood. The top of the receiver has had the top bead blasted and matte blued to reduce glare with most of the bright blue remaining on the balance. Mechanically excellent.
