Built by Lin Alexiou of Fraser, Michigan, the Scorpion was a conversion package offered by Trapper Gun Inc. for the Smith & Wesson Model 39. It is very much in the same vein as the popular Devel full house conversion. For this conversion, the barrel, frame, and magazine were shortened, the hammer was bobbed, and the trigger guard was thinned on the right side with a finger hook added to the front. The left side of the slide has been remarked "Trapper Gun/Fraser Mich." with "Scorpion" on the right. The sides of the pistol and frame are a matte nickel finish with stippling on the remaining surfaces. Includes a De Santis holster.
