Manufactured c. 1800 with a brass/bronze barrel with an approximately 1 3/4 by 2 3/4 inch muzzle, folding "snap bayonet" mounted on top and released by a catch on the tang, iron furniture, "RAINKIN" marked on the lock below the frizzen spring which has a large roller, and raised relief floral carving and molding on the stock.
