This 19th century pistol likely came out of the Ottoman Empire and has scale pattern silver barrel bands, silver arabesque scroll accent panels along the stock, a smoothbore barrel with a calligraphic maker's mark on the left near the breech, "N No~N" on the lock, martial trophies on the finial of the silver trigger guard, and spur style silver pommel cap.
Fine with mottled gray patina and mild pitting on the lock and barrel, aged patina on the silver throughout, and general mild overall wear. The stock is also fine and has some attractive flame figure, mild scratches and dings, and minor flaking by the tip. Mechanically fine.
