The top of the barrel has the very scarce three-line Hartford and Pall Mall London addresses, and the "COLT HOUSE 38" etched panel is on the left. There are British proofs on the barrel and cylinder. It has standard features and the serial number is marked on the butt. Includes an oak case with Peter Small, Newcastle on Tyne retailer label inside the lid, screwdriver, cleaning rod, and oiler.
