Matching serial numbers found on the frame, triggerguard, and backstrap with partial serial number "422" on the grip panels and front cylinder face. Assembly number "255" on the inside of the loading gate. This revolver is pictured on page 96 of Don Wilkerson's "Colt Single-Action Revolver Handbook 1955-1975", a copy of which is included, and is noted as shipped on August 26, 1959.
