World War II German Walther "ac/42" Code P38 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster and Extra Magazine

Blade and notch sights, with "P.38" and "ac/42" on the left side of the slide, "eagle/359" proofs as appropriate, and matching numbers on the slide, barrel, locking block and frame. Fitted with a set of ribbed brown plastic grips and a blued magazine with "P.38v" on the side and "eagle/135" on the spine. Included with the lot is a black leather holster marked "gxy1942" and an "eagle/359" marked extra magazine. Provenance: The Paul Crockett Jr. Collection

ConditionVery fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing a plum tint on some areas of the frame, a brown patina on the frontstrap, bright edge wear and mild handling marks. The grips are excellent, with a few light scratches, and the holster is very good with some scuffs, cuts and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
