Springfield Armory First Imported G3 Semi-Automatic Serial Number 05000 with Scope, Box and Factory Letter

The included factory letter states that this rifle was the first one imported by Springfield Armory. It further states the rifle was originally built by Hellenic Arms Industries. This is Greece's version of the famous Heckler and Koch HK91 and was imported under multiple names by Springfield. This rifle has early pattern markings (no G3/SAR3/SAR8 markings) and features as well as being topped off with a Burris 2-8x Signature scope. Includes original box. Provenance: The Supica Collection

ConditionExcellent overall, retaining 95% plus original black finish with limited handling marks and oxidation around the front sight base. Mechanically excellent. Box is very fine. Scope is excellent with clear optics and a crisp reticle.
