The grips are the unique checkered variation with smooth borders, and the nickel finished magazine has a hardwood base with nickel disc inlays. The magazine base is blank, with all visible numbers matching. Included with the lot is a brown leather flap holster with a shoulder strap and an extra 1929 pattern magazine (bright finished with a red plastic base). Provenance: The Art Buchanan Collection
Very fine, with 85% of the arsenal blue finish, showing bright edge wear and light handling marks overall. 70% of the straw color is present on the small parts, with the remainder a mixed gray, and the grips are also very fine with some mild dings on the otherwise sharp checkering. The holster is very good, with mild verdigris buildup and wear. Mechanically excellent.
