Manufactured from 1860-1868. The right grip panel is numbered to the gun. There are matching assembly marks on the grip frame, barrel, and cylinder. Provenance: The Wayne Connor Collection
Rating Definition:
Very fine, retaining 60% original blue finish with smooth brown patina on the balance. The frame retains 97% original silver plating. The grips are also very fine with minor handling marks and most of the original varnish remaining. Mechanically excellent. An attractive S&W Model No. 1 2nd Issue Revolver.
