Description:

Tremendous western bronze statue of a team of six horses pulling a stagecoach signed on the rear bumper by Russel (Charles M. Russel 1865-1922, American). This bronze is reminiscent of the classic John Wayne movie "Stagecoach" with a pair of drivers holding the reins of six galloping horses pulling a stagecoach with baggage on the roof. The coach is just coming down a small hill with the two front horses rearing up on their two legs. The piece measures 51 3/4x12x23 inches and weighs 135 lbs.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with some storage and handling marks and an attractive patina. The scale of this bronze would make it the perfect addition to any den or bar!
