Manufactured in 1915 with the standard two-line address and patent dates on top of the barrel and model/caliber marking on the left. There is a Rampant Colt marked on the left of the frame and "VP" and "3" on the left of the trigger guard. Fitted with pinned blade and windage adjustable notch sights, checkered trigger and hammer, and a pair of checkered walnut grips. Included factory letter states revolver was shipped on May 10, 1915 to Edwards & Walker Co. with a 7 1/2 inch barrel in .38 caliber, blue finish and type of stocks not listed. This was a 2 gun shipment.

Excellent, retains 98% of the bright, original, high polish blue finish with the balance having thinned to a smooth grey patina, most noticeably at the muzzle, and a cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent with a few scattered light handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
