The blued action displays highly attractive scroll engraving surrounding a pointer flushing a pair of woodcocks on the left, a pointer stalking a pheasant on the right, and a circular scene depicting a pair of mallards in flight over water on the underside, there is also a scene showing a pair of in flight pheasants on the trigger guard. The gun features a single selective trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch. Beautifully figured, fancy checkered beavertail forend with engraved fittings and ebony tip inlay, and straight grip stock with gold inscription oval marked "ACW" and a checkered bare butt. Included is a wood and leather takedown case with snap caps, oiler, and cleaning tools.
