Manufactured as a modernization of John Moses Browning's iconic 1918 Browning Automatic Rifle. The HCAR is built around a lightened BAR style receiver with dovetailed accessory rail on top, a folding, non-reciprocating charging handle on the left, knurled forend with accessory rails on all sides, dimple fluted barrel with two chamber muzzle brake, modernized trigger group with pistol grip, an AR-15 buffer tube adapter fitted with Magpul CTR stock, and marked with the Ohio Ordnance address on top along with the special serial number "CMP0005". Per the consignor this rifle was part of a run made for the Civilian Marksmanship Program. Numbered "216 OF 250". Includes a hard case and extra magazine.
